2025 Edition
The history
Three years after its creation, in 2022, the team welcomed a new title sponsor, AG Insurance, a Belgian insurance company, and signed a partnership with Patrick Lefevere's men's team, then known as Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl. It achieved its goal of joining the WorldTour in 2024.
Founded by Natascha den Ouden, the team initially focused on training young riders. It started as a U23 team, Rogelli-Gyproc U-23, which produced Charlotte Kool, winner of the first two stages of the 2024 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, riding for dsm-firmenich PostNL. This U23 team still exists under the name AG Insurance U23. It is the talent pool for the team that joined the WorldTour in 2024, one year after the arrival of Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio. The South African is no longer the sole leader of the Belgian team, which continues to grow stronger every year. Belgian Justine Ghekiere (winner of last year's Grand-Bornand stage and polka dot jersey) and Mauritian Kim Le Court (winner of Liège-Bastogne-Liège) are among its leading riders.
