“For sure it’s hard to lose the Yellow Jersey, but I also told Kasia [Niewiadoma-Phinney] it’s not over yet. Tomorrow, there is still a very hard day so we should never stop believing. I think everything is still possible.”
“We kind of expected this hard finish, especially with a super steep kick in the end. We were also prepared. We were in position, and in the end it was decided by legs.”
“It would be super nice to keep the white jersey, but more importantly we have to see if we can somehow bring Kasia back up there. The GC with Kasia remains the main goal.”
