Kimberley Le Court Pienaar raises her arms for the 1st time in the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, the 11th time of her professional career. It's also the 1st victory for a rider from Mauritius, and the 1st for a non-European country!

Mauritius becomes the 9th country to win a stage since the revival of the race in 2022. The list of winning countries: the Netherlands 17 times; Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, and Germany with two victories each; Spain, Hungary, France, and Mauritius with one success.

With Demi Vollering (2nd), Evita Muzic (9th), and Elise Chabbey (10th), the FDJ-Suez team has placed three riders in the top-10 for the very first time! They had already managed to place two in the top-10: stage 7 of the Tour 2022 with Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig in 3rd, Evita Muzic in 8th. FDJ-Suez is leading the team classification since the beginning.

3: NATIONAL CHAMPIONS IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Lorena Wiebes with the 3rd and 4th stages, Kim Le Court Pienaar today: this is the first time that three consecutive stages have been won by national road champions. Wiebes is the defending champion in the Netherlands, Le Court Pienaar in Mauritius.
5: NEW POLKA DOT JERSEYS RECORD
Owner of the polka dot jersey since the first day, Elise Chabbey took a 5th by keeping it in Guéret. She becomes the only record holder for the number of polka dot jerseys worn, ahead of Femke Gerritse (4). The Swiss rider is 5 points ahead of her runner-up, Silke Smulders. She is in the running to become the 3rd rider to wear a distinctive jersey for the entire Tour after Lotte Kopecky (green jersey in 2023) and Cédrine Kerbaol (white jersey in 2023). Same for Julie Bego with the white jersey right now.
2: GHEKIERE HAS HER SUCCESSOR
The AG Insurance-Soudal team claims its second Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift victory. The first was won by Belgian Justine Ghekiere during the 7th stage of the Tour 2024, in Le Grand-Bornand.
2: A FRENCH RUNNER-UP
After having lost the podium yesterday, Pauline Ferrand-Prévot regains it by taking 2nd place in the general classification. She is the first Frenchwoman to achieve such a high ranking since Cédrine Kerbaol, who also was 2nd after the 6th stage of the Tour 2024. The two compatriots are the only French women to have climbed into the top-3 overall since the race's revival in 2022. Jeannie Longo won three times between 1987 and 1989.
1: AUSTRALIA RISES WITH CHAPMAN
Brodie Chapman is the first Australian to lead a categorized climb, successively at the Côte de Chabannes and the Côte du Peyroux. Caught up by the peloton, she was awarded the combativity prize, becoming the first non-European to receive it.
6: BAD SITUATION FOR ITALY
Six of the 16 Italian women riders have withdrawn, representing 37.5% of the riders. Half left the race today (Elisa Balsamo, Monica Trinca Colonel, and Maria Giulia Confalonieri). Italy is the country that lost the most representatives, ahead of the Netherlands (4).
2: VOLLERING IS BACK
Demi Vollering (2nd) secured her first podium finish of the edition, a result she hadn't achieved since her victory at L'Alpe d'Huez in 2024. Four stages without a top-3 finish had only happened once before: during the first six stages of the 2022 edition.
