2025 Edition
The history
The team was founded by WNT in the United Kingdom in 2014 and managed by Dirk Baldinger, a former professional rider who competed twice in the Tour de France (1995-96) for Polti and Telekom. It achieved pro team status in 2017 and was strengthened three years later by the arrival of Ceratizit, an industrial group specialising in cutting tools and hard material solutions.
After a modest start, the team achieved its first WorldTour successes with Kirsten Wild (in Ghent-Wevelgem and De Panne) and Lisa Brennauer, who won the race sponsored by her two employers, the WNT Challenge by la Vuelta (renamed Ceratizit Challenge by la Vuelta in 2020) twice in a row. Long focused on the classics and sprints, the team also shines on the track thanks to Katie Archibald, Olympic champion in the American in Tokyo.
The arrival of Cédrine Kerbaol allowed it to shine in new areas in 2023. At ease in the mountains and in time trials, the Frenchwoman was ranked best young rider in the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift 2023 (12th) before stealing the show in the 2024 edition (stage winner in Morteau and 6th overall). The Breton rider changed teams this winter, signing with EF Education-Oatly. But another Frenchwoman could also come to the fore, Dilyxine Miermont (7th in Jebel Hafeet on the UAE Tour), while Canadian Sarah Van Dam seems equally talented (3rd in the Itzulia Women).
