The history

26 years after launching a men's team, Cofidis launched its women's team in 2022. The French team is based in the Nord department and attracted familiar names from the get-go, including the Australian Rachel Neylan (a silver medallist in the 2012 Worlds) and the German Clara Koppenburg (fourth in the 2021 Vuelta a Burgos). Martina Alzini claimed its first win —the only one of its inaugural season— in the Bretagne Ladies Tour.

Last year, Victoire Berteau netted the squad its first major win, the French championship. The Picard also scored the team's first two top 10 finishes in WorldTour races this season, with fifth place in the Miron Ronde van Drenthe and eighth in the Paris–Roubaix Femmes avec Zwift.
