The history
In its first season as a professional team, the squad based in Île-de-France participated in the 2022 Tour. However, the structure had already existed for 10 years, having been founded in 2012 by the Aubervilliers municipal cycling club, following the example of the professional men's team in 1994. It operates under the same name as the women's team, St. Michel–Preference Home–Auber93, with three sponsors from very different sectors (biscuit manufacturing, real estate and a local authority).
After ending her career with the team, Roxane Fournier is now its team manager alongside Stephan Gaudry. The team regularly produces talented riders such as Marion Bunel, winner of the 2024 Tour de l'Avenir before becoming Pauline Ferrand-Prévot's right-hand woman over at Visma–Lease a Bike. One of the budding talents following in her slipstream is Solène Muller, who finished inside the top 5 in the Grand Prix du Morbihan (fourth) and inside the top 10 in the French national time trial championship (eighth). This season, the team is also pinning its hopes on Alison Jackson, a relentless attacker who pounced on an opening to win Paris–Roubaix Femmes in 2023.

4. Part of a breakaway on the road to Salice Terme, Alison Jackson came frustratingly close to victory in stage 4 of the 2026 Giro, only to be overtaken near the finish by a handful of favourites including the eventual winner Célia Gery. The Canadian's fourth place stands out as the team's finest performance in a Grand Tour stage. The French squad picked up two eighth places in the 2022 Tour, courtesy of Simone Boilard in stage 1 and Célia Le Mouel in stage 4.
