The Ile-de-France team is competing in its first season as a professional team (2nd division), but the structure has been competing for ten years. The municipal cycling club of Aubervilliers created it in 2012, as it did the men's pro team in 1994, which still exists under the same name as the women's team, St-Michel Auber 93.
Retired from the peloton since the end of 2019, former French champion Charlotte Bravard is the sporting manager - she also managed the men's team at the Boucles de la Mayenne. The squad is a mix of experience and youth, from Sandrine Bideau (33 years old and 6th in the French championship) to Océane Goergen (20 years old), as well as track rider Coralie Demay (2nd in the Morbihan Classic) and Carlos Da Cruz's daughter, Laura Da Cruz (22 years old).

1. Canada’s Simone Boilard is the only rider who is not French among the eleven cyclists in the squad. She finished 3rd in the 2018 Junior Worlds road race and 10th this spring in the RideLondon Classique World Tour.
10. The number of kilometres cycled between the team's headquarters in Aubervilliers and the finish line of the opening stage of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift on the Champs-Elysées. The team from the Ile-de-France will thus be riding on its home soil at the start of the race.
0. At the beginning of the summer, the team was still looking for its first professional victory.
