Elise Chabbey (FDJ-Suez): "I wasn't at the front to defend the polka dot jersey, but to protect Demi. I think I did the job. On the climb, we really wanted to have a tough race before the Bonus Sprint so she could try to attack at that point. It was perfect for us because she managed to ride a great race; she was feeling good. Second today [for Demi] is really cool. We knew she had good legs, but you never know after a crash. But she recovered super quickly, and I think she'll really be there for the next few days."
