Adecco becomes the official recruiter of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift for the 2022 and 2023 editions alongside Amaury Sport Organisation (A.S.O.), whose team spirit and sporting values it shares. The inaugural edition will be held this year from 24 to 31 July and will contribute to the promotion of women's cycling to the general public.
ADECCO IS A LEADING SUPPORTER OF CYCLING
As the leading staffing and recruitment agency network in France, Adecco has been the official recruiter of the Tour de France since 2018 and provides support for the emblematic team members that contribute to the success of the Grande Boucle. In this fifth year of collaboration, Adecco will also contribute all its savoir-faire to this new race which promises to be a historical event in women's cycling.
The eight stages of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift have been shaped to represent the cycling past, present and future: from the Champs-Élysées where the first edition will begin, just before the men finish their Grande Boucle, to the Super Planche des Belles Filles, via the Ballon d'Alsace and a "white roads" stage in the Champagne vineyards.
100% DIGITAL AND RESUME-FREE RECRUITMENT
The recruitment campaign for the 2022 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift is 100% digital and without resumes, like for the Tour de France. After the process, the finalists will be notified on 12 May. The last recruitment stage will be held at A.S.O. to validate the future team members of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift.
Sébastien Bourdu, General Manager Sales & Marketing:

For many years, we have been involved with the Tour de France, which promotes values we hold dear: solidarity, perseverance and excellence. The Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift is a continuation of this commitment to all sporting talents".
Julien Goupil, A.S.O. Media and Partnerships Director:
"After four years of collaboration on the Tour de France, we are happy to welcome Adecco on the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift as "official recruiter". For the launch of the first edition, it was important to have the support and savoir-faire of many of our partners and broadcasters of the Tour de France. The expertise and experience of Adecco's teams, already developed on the Grande Boucle, will be invaluable for the organisation of our new women's event, which will require highly skilled profiles to ensure its flawless organisation.”
