Édition 2025
L'histoire
Twenty-six years after creating a men's team, online credit company Cofidis launched its women's team in 2022. The French organisation, based in the north of the country, attracted some big names for its debut season, including Australia's Rachel Neylan (2012 world runner-up) and Germany's Clara Koppenburg (fourth in the 2021 Vuelta a Burgos). Its first victory, the only one of its inaugural season, was secured by Martina Alzini in the Bretagne Ladies Tour.
Victoire Berteau claimed the first major victory in 2023, winning the French championship on home soil in Cassel, in the Hauts-de-France region. The team's first two Top 10 finishes in the WorldTour were also claimed by the Picardy native last year, in the Miron Ronde van Drenthe (5th) and Paris-Roubaix Femmes avec Zwift (8th). Sprinter Valentine Fortin (8th in the Classic Brugge-De Panne) and 2016 world champion Amalie Dideriksen (3rd in stage 4 of the UAE Tour Women), while Julie Bego, 2023 junior world champion and 5th in the 2024 Tour de l'Avenir, has a bright future ahead of her in mountain races.
