The history

North America's oldest team was founded in 2005 by Canadian Linda Jackson, a banker by trade who became a successful cyclist and finished third in the 1996 World Championships. In 2022, it joined forces with the EF Education-EasyPost men's team, and the two entities have been one since then. In 2023, the flamboyant Alison Jackson secured the most significant victory of her career on Paris-Roubaix Femmes avec Zwift, before winning a Grand Tour stage last year, stage 2 of the Vuelta a España Femenina by Carrefour.es, two days before the triumph of her teammate Kristen Faulkner, who won Olympic gold in Paris last year.

Oatly, an oat drink producer, is the new co-sponsor of the American team this season, alongside EF Education, the language training company. On the racing front, Cédrine Kerbaol has arrived to support the team's lofty ambitions in the mountain races, one year after her stage victory at Le Grand-Bornand and her sixth place in the general classification. The Breton rider came close to winning Liège-Bastogne-Liège Femmes (4th after breaking away on her own in the final) before posting her best result in a major tour with 4th place in the Vuelta a España Femenina by Carrefour.es. Italy's Letizia Borghesi made her mark this spring by finishing runner-up in Paris-Roubaix Femmes avec Zwift.
